Pengadilan Negeri Banjarbaru atas perkara nomor
267/Pid.B/2023, pada Kamis, 30 November 2023, Perseroan
mengetahui bahwa:
1) Kusno Hardjianto, selaku Pengendali Perseroan, telah
dinyatakan terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah
melakukan tindak pidana, serta dijatuhi pidana penjara selama
2 (dua) tahun dan 6 (enam) bulan;
2) Andri Cahyadi, selaku Presiden Komisaris Perseroan
periode Mei-Desember 2012 dan periode Oktober 2013-Maret
2021 telah dinyatakan terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan
bersalah melakukan tindak pidana, serta dijatuhi pidana
penjara selama 3 (tiga) tahun dan 4 (empat) bulan;
3) Henri Setiadi, selaku Wakil Presiden Direktur Perseroan
periode Mei 2012, dan selaku Presiden Direktur Perseroan
periode Oktober 2013-Januari 2015 telah dinyatakan terbukti
secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak
pidana, serta dijatuhi pidana penjara selama 3 (tiga) tahun dan
4 (empat) bulan; serta
4) Didy Agus Hartanto, selaku Komisaris Perseroan periode
Mei-Desember 2012 telah dinyatakan terbukti secara sah dan
meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana, serta dijatuhi
pidana penjara selama 3 (tiga) tahun.

Description of Material Information or Based on the Banjarbaru District Court Case Tracking
Facts Information System regarding case number 267/Pid.B/2023,
on Thursday, 30 November 2023, the Company knows that:
1) Kusno Hardjianto, as Controller of the Company, has been
declared legally and convincingly guilty of committing a
criminal act, and sentenced to prison for 2 (two) years and 6
(six) months;
2) Andri Cahyadi, as President Commissioner of the Company
for the period May-December 2012 and the period October
2013-March 2021 has been declared legally and convincingly
guilty of committing a criminal act, and sentenced to prison for
3 (three) years and 4 (four) months;
3) Henri Setiadi, as Deputy President Director of the Company
for the period May 2012, and as President Director of the
Company for the period October 2013-January 2015 has been
declared legally and convincingly guilty of committing a
criminal act, and sentenced to prison for 3 (three) years and 4
(four) months; as well as
4) Didy Agus Hartanto, as Commissioner of the Company for
the period May-December 2012 has been declared legally and
convincingly guilty of committing a criminal act, and sentenced
to prison for 3 (three) years.
