Barang dengan PT Semangat Logistik Andalan ["SLA").
Adapun pihak-pihak yang terlibat:
l. Perseroan sebagai pemberi layanan jasa
2. SLA sebagai penerima jasa
Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama tersebut meliputi:
l. Perseroan menyediakan jasa melalui kurir untuk
melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diinstruksikan oleh
SLA; dan
2. Perseroan menyediakan sistem yang terhubung
secara host to host dengan sistem yang dimiliki SLA
untuk menyediakan sistem pelacakan pengiriman

menginformasikan mengenai status proses
pengiriman Barang dari waktu ke waktu;
Perjanjian ini berlaku selama 1 (satu) tahun dan otomatis
diperpanjang untuk 1 (satu) tahun berikutnya serta
seterusnya, kecuali apabila diakhiri lebih awal berdasarkan
ketentuan Perjanjian ini.
Lingkup pekerjaan pada saat dimulainya Perjanjian ini
adalah Perseroan melalui kurir akan melakukan
pengiriman barang sesuai dengan instruksi yang diberikan
oleh SLA sebagaimana tercantum pada dokumentasi
sistem.
Nilai kontrak dalam perjanjian kerja sama ini tidak
ditentukan.
Alasan perolehan kontrak:
Dengan perolehan kontrak ini Perseroan dapat menjalin
hubungan kerjasama dengan klien yang terhubung dengan
marketplace dan meningkatkan kapasitas pengiriman yang
signifikan bagi Perseroan yang akan memberikan
tambahan pendapatan dan mendorong pertumbuhan
usaha Perseroan.
Perjanjian Kerja Sama/transaksi bukan merupakan
transaksi afiliasi dan benturan kepentingan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
mengenai transaksi afiliasi dan benturan kepentingan.
4. Dampak Kej adian, informasi a. Penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja Sama jasa
atau fakta material tersebut pengiriman barang ini dilaksanakan sesuai dengan
terhadap kegiatan ketentuan dan peraturan perundang-undangan
operasional, hukum, kondisi yang berlaku;

5. Keterangan Lain-lain Bahwa selain daripada informasi yang telah kami

Material Fact a Cooperation Agreement for Delivery Services with PT
Sernangat Loglstik Andalah ("SLA").
The parties involved are:

2. SLA as the service recipient
The signing of this Cooperation Agreement includes:
L. The Company provides services through couriers to
perform tasks instructed by SLA; and
2. The Company provldes a system connected host to
host with SLA's system to offer a real-time delivery
tracking system that will inform about the status of
the delivery process over time.

This agreement is valid for 1 (one) year and automatically
extended for the next 1 (one) year and so on, unless
terminated earlier based on the provisions of this
Agreement,
The scope of work at the beginning of this Agreement is
that the Company, through couriers, will deliver goods
according to the instructions provided by SLA as stated in
the system documentation.
The contract value in this cooperation agreement is not
specified.
Reasons for contract acquisition: With the acquisition of
this contract, the Company can establish a cooperative
relationship with clients connected to the marketplace and
significantly enhance the delivery capacity, providing
additional revenue and driving the Company's business
growth.
The Cooperation Agreement/transaction is not an affiliated
transaction and conflict of interest as referred to in the
Finan cial S ervices Authority Regulation regarding affi liated
transactions and conflicts of interest.
