(Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Fendri Sutejo untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Berdasarkan Akta Berita Acara Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk No. 80 tanggal
20 Juni 2023, yang dibuat oleh Yulia, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan, RUPS telah memutuskan untuk menyetujui dan
memberikan wewenang dan kuasa kepada Dewan Komisaris Perseroan untuk menunjuk Akuntan Publik dan
menetapkan Akuntan Publik pengganti dalam hal Akuntan Publik yang ditunjuk karena sebab apapun tidak dapat
menyelesaikan audit Laporan Keuangan Perseroan Tahun Buku 2023 (dua ribu dua puluh tiga), oleh karena sedang
dipertimbangkan dan dievaluasi untuk Penunjukan Akuntan Publik lebih lanjut serta memberikan wewenang kepada
Direksi untuk menetapkan honorarium Akuntan Publik tersebut.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Mirawati Sensi Idris with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Fendri Sutejo To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December
2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk No. 80 dated
June 20, 2023, prepared by Yulia, S.H., a Notary in South Jakarta, the AGM has decided to approve and authorize the
Board of Commissioners of the Company to appoint a Public Accountant and determine a replacement Public
Accountant in case the appointed Public Accountant, for any reason, cannot complete the audit of the Company's
Financial Statements for the 2023 fiscal year (two thousand twenty-three). This is currently under consideration and
evaluation for the further appointment of a Public Accountant, and the Board of Directors is given the authority to
determine the honorarium of the said Public Accountant.
