Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa pada hari Kamis, 30 November 2023, PT Buana Finance Tbk (“Perseroan”) telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Fasilitas Kredit dengan PT Bank Jirust, sehubungan dengan pemberian fasilitas
pinjaman angsuran berjangka kepada Perseroan sebesar Rp 200 miliar dengan tenor maksimal 48 bulan/ We hereby
inform you that PT Buana Finance Tbk ("the Company”) has signed Credit Facility Agreement with PT Bank Strust on
Thursday, November 30, 2023, which is provision af term loan fecility in amount of Rp 200 billion for the Compony
with maximum tenor 48 months.
Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut akan digunakan untuk keperluan modal kerja Perseroan yaitu pemberian kredit
Consumer Finance dan Financial Lease dan dijamin dengan piutang Perseroan / Credit facifity will be used for the
Company's working Capital purposes, namely offering Consumer Finance and Financial Lease loans and secured by
the Company receivables.
