(POJK) No.14 Tahun 2022 tentang Penyampaian Laporan
Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik yang
menyebutkan bahwa batas waktu penyampaian dan
pengumuman laporan keuangan berkala bagi emiten yang
efeknya tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Bursa Efek
negara lain dapat mengikuti ketentuan Otoritas Pasar Modal di
negara lain tersebut.
Perseroan sebagai Perusahaan dual-listing dimana sahamnya
juga tercatat di Bursa Amerika Serikat akan mengikuti
ketentuan yang diatur oleh US-Securities Exchange
Commission (US-SEC) dimana batas waktu penyampaiannya
adalah selambat-lambatnya akhir bulan keempat setelah tahun
buku berakhir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan (Audited) menggunakan batas waktu dari US-SEC yaitu
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, selambat-lambatnya pada akhir bulan April 2026, sehingga
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan belum dapat menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan
Perusahaan Publik Tahunan (Audited) Tahun Buku 2025 pada tanggal 31 Maret
2026.

Anouncement of the Plan to Submit the Companys Audited
Type of Material Information or Facts Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2025
Description of Material Information or Pursuant to the Article 14(a) of Financial Services Authority
Facts (OJK) Regulation No. 14 of 2022 regarding the Submission of
Periodic Financial Reports by Issuers or Public Companies, it
states that the deadline for the submission and announcement
of periodic financial reports for issuers whose securities are
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and stock exchanges
in other countries may follow the regulations of the Capital
Market Authority in those other countries.
As a dual-listed company whose shares are also listed on a
U.S. stock exchange, the Company will comply with the
regulations set forth by the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), under which the deadline for submitting is
no later than the end of the fourth month following the end of
the fiscal year.
Impact of event, material information or Company will submit its audited annual financial statements by
facts towards Issuers or Public the US SEC deadline no later than the end of April 2026;
Company’s operational activities, legal, therefore, Company will not be able to submit its audited
financial condition, or going concern annual financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year on March
31, 2026.
