keuangan untuk periode berakhir 30 September
2023.

Mitra Keluarga merealisasikan pertumbuhan kinerja
dengan membukukan Pendapatan dan EBITDA
3023 sebesar Rp4,1 triliun dan Rp402,9 miliar.
Sejalan dengan pedoman Perusahaan dimana
peningkatan dari segi volume akan terjadi pada
3023, volume pasien rawat inap serta hari rawat
inap menunjukan peningkatan baik sebesar 9,34
dan 7,84 dibandingkan 20423 menjadi 78 ribu
pasien dan 214 ribu hari rawat, didukung dengan
kenaikan volume rawat jalan yang mengalami
peningkatan sebesar 8,5x menjadi 733 ribu pasien
dibandingkan 2023.
Terdapat kenaikan dari segi intensitas pendapatan
dimana rata-rata pendapatan per hari rawat inap di
3023 menjadi Rp3,49 juta dibandingkan 2223
sebesar Rp3,47 juta atau mengalami kenaikan
sebesar 0,54 A-o-A dan pendapatan rata-rata
rawat jalan di 3023 juga mengalami kenaikan
menjadi Rp489,8 ribu dibandingkan 2023 sebesar
Rp488,2 ribu atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar
0,34 A-o-A.

Jika dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama pada
tahun sebelumnya, Mitra Keluarga membukukan
peningkatan pendapatan pada 30423 menjadi
sebesar Rp112 triliun, atau meningkat 10,84 dari
periode 3G22 sebesar Rp1,00 triliun. Sedangkan
dari sisi volume, Mitra Keluarga membukukan
peningkatan jumlah volume pada 3023 menjadi 811
ribu pasien atau meningkat 9,74 dari periode 3022
sebanyak 740 ribu pasien.

financial results for the period ending September
30", 2023.
Performance Highlights
A-o-A
Mitra Keluarga realized performance growth,
recording 3023 Revenue and EBITDA of Rp11
trillion and Rp402.9 billion, respectively. In line with
Company guidelines, where an increase in volume
is expected in 3023, inpatient and inpatient days
saw an increase of 9.3 and 7.84, compared to
2023, totaling 78 thousand patients and 214
thousand inpatient days, supported by an 8.54
increase in outpatient volume to 733 thousand
patients, compared to 2023.
There was an increase in revenue intensity, with an
average inpatient revenue per day reaching Rp3.49
million in 30423, compared to Rp3.47 million in
2023, a 0.54 A-o-A increase. Additionally, average
outpatient revenue in 30423 rose to Rp489.8
thousand, compared to Rp488.2 thousand in 2023,
representing a 0.34 A-o-@ increase.
Y-o-Y
Compared to the same period the previous year,
Mitra Keluarga recorded an increase in 3023
revenue to Rp1.12 trillion, 10.82 higher than 3022's
Rp1.00 trillion. In terms of volume, there was a 9.72
rise in patient numbers in 3023, reaching 811
thousand individuals, compared to 740 thousand in
3022.

Mitra Keluarga Mitra Keluarga membukukan Pendapatan dan EBITDA 9M23 sebesar Rp3,16 triliun dan Rp1,12 triliun. Peningkatan pendapatan sebagian besar berasal dari pendapatan rawat inap yang bertumbuh sebanyak 54 dikarenakan peningkatan volume kunjungan Rawat Inap. Pendapatan Rawat Jalan mengalami penurunan sebesar -1,74s dikarenakan dampak dari menurunnya jumlah testing COVID- 19. EBITDA 9M23 dibukukan sebesar Rp1,12 triliun dengan margin sebesar 35,64. Jumlah volume per 9M23 untuk admisi rawat inap sebesar 220 ribu bertumbuh 14,64, hari rawat sebesar 611 ribu bertumbuh 11,84 dan volume rawat jalan sebesar 2.119 ribu bertumbuh 9,54 dibandingkan dengan periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya 9M22. Pada akhir September 2023, jumlah Rumah Sakit yang dimiliki Perseroan sejumlah 29 Rumah Sakit yang terdiri dari 20 Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga dan 9 Rumah Sakit Kasih. Jumlah tempat tidur operasional pada 9M23 sebanyak 3.766 tempat tidur, meningkat sebanyak 9,54 dibandingkan 9M22 sebanyak 3.440 dengan tingkat okupansi tempat tidur rata-rata yang juga meningkat 1,24 di 9M23 menjadi sebesar 59,44. Mitra Keluarga terus memperkuat pusat pelayanan yang tersebar di jaringan-jaringan Mitra Keluarga dengan peningkatan kompleksitas layanan yang dilakukan Perseroan secara berkesinambungan, Pada bulan Januari 2023, Perseroan telah membuka layanan Radioterapi yang pertama di Mitra Keluarga berlokasi di Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Timur. Saat ini pembangunan layanan Radioterapi kedua yang berlokasi di Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran telah selesai dilakukan serta sudah memperoleh surat ijin penyelenggaraan layanan Radioterapi dari Kemenkes dan akan segera beroperasi. Hingga akhir September 2023, Perseroan terus mempertahankan posisi kas bersih yang kuat pada sebesar Rp1,7 triliun. PRESS RELEASE NOVEMBER 27, 2023 Mitra Keluarga reported 9M23 Revenue and EBITDA at Rp3.16 trilion and Rp1.12 trillion, respectively. The increased revenue mainly came from inpatient billing, which grew by 54, a result of a higher number of inpatient visits. Outpatient revenue saw a -174 decline, due to the impact of reduced COVID-19 testing. EBITDA for 9M23 was reported at Rp1.12 trillion, with a margin of 35.64. Volume for 9M23, in terms of inpatient admissions, reached 220 thousand, a 14.64 increase, inpatient days numbered 611 thousand, an 11.8? increase and outpatient volume reached 2,119 thousand or a 9.54 increase compared to the same period the previous year, namely, 9M22. As of the end of September 2023, the Company operated a total of 29 hospitals, consisting of 20 Mitra Keluarga Hospitals and 9 Kasih Hospitals. The operational bed count for 9M23 was 3,766, a 9.54 increase compared to 9M22's 3,440 beds, with an average bed occupancy rate that also increased, up by 1.22 in 9M23 to59.44. Mitra Keluarga continues to strengthen the service centers across its network by steadily enhancing service complexity. In January 2023, the Company opened its first Radiotherapy service, sited in Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Timur. Construction of the second Radiotherapy service, located in Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran, has been completed and has obtained operational permission from the Ministry of Health. It is set to commence operations in the near future. As of the end of September 2023, the Company maintained a strong net cash position of Rp1.7 trillion.

Mitra Keluarga Strategi Pertumbuhan Mitra Keluarga akan terus menambah kapasitas, baik melalui rencana perluasan rumah sakit greenfield dan brownfield. « Mitra Keluarga akan segera menyelesaikan proses pembangunan rumah sakit ke-30 yang berlokasi di Grandwisata, Bekasi, Jawa Barat yang dimulai pada bulan Juli 2022 dengan kapasitas sampai 200 tempat tidur yang ditargetkan beroperasi pada akhir tahun 2023. # Mitra Keluarga berencana akan memulai pembangunan 2 rumah sakit baru di 2H23 dengan kapasitas sampai 120 dan 200 tempat tidur yang ditargetkan akan beroperasi pada tahun 2024. « Peluang MSA tetap menjadi salah satu strategi pertumbuhan Mitra Keluarga. DigitalisasiR Saki Untuk memberikan pelayanan rumah sakit yang terbaik, Mitra Keluarga terus mengembangkan inisiatif transformasi digital berkesinambungan yang telah diluncurkan, dengan tujuan mengotomatisasikan dan menyederhanakan aktivitas operasi rumah sakit kami, agar dapat memberikan layanan yang cepat, responsif dan transparan kepada seluruh pasien, seperti: » Mengimplementasikan end-to-end New Hospital Information System (HIS) yang terintegrasi sebagai fondasi dasar rumah sakit digital. Seluruh rumah sakit Mitra Keluarga akan menerapkan HIS baru di tahun 2024. Sampai dengan periode 9M23 tersisa 2 rumah sakit yang masih dalam proses transformasi ke HIS baru dan salah satunya direncanakan sudah akan mengimplementasikan HIS baru pada November 2023. Meluncurkan dan mengembangkan Aplikasi Mobile Mitra Keluarga untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pasien dan menjadi pendampingan pasien. Aplikasi ini telah diluncurkan pada pertengahan Januari 2023 dan berbagai fitur lainnya akan disediakan untuk melengkapi layanan Aplikasi Mobile Mitra Keluarga. As of 9M23, there are just 2 hospitals transitioning to the new HIS, one of which is scheduled to fully implement the new system in November 2023. « Launching and developing the Mitra Keluarga Mobile Application, designed to expedite patient experience and serve as a "patient escort" This application was launched in mid-January 2023, and various supplementary features will be provided to complement existing services.
