Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 28 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), melalui
anak usahanya PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), bersinergi
dengan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) turut
berkontribusi dalam proses digitalisasi transisi energi
terbarukan yang berkelanjutan. Hal tersebut diwujudkan
melalui kerja sama pengembangan perangkat uji kapasitas
produksi sumur geothermal untuk mendapatkan real-time data
yang lebih akurat, efektif, dan efisien. Perangkat ini diberikan
nama Geoflowtest.
Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) sebagai salah satu energi
alternatif merupakan solusi untuk transisi dari penggunaan
energi fosil beralih ke energi yang lebih ramah lingkungan.
Sinergi antara PGE dan SCU ini diharapkan dapat menjadi
kontribusi strategis untuk mengakselerasi Indonesia bertransisi
ke energi geothermal yang jauh lebih bersih, dan minim polusi.
Menurut PGE, saat ini kegiatan pengujian kapasitas produksi
sumur di lapangan masih dilakukan secara konvensional
dengan tingkat risiko safety yang tinggi dan juga berpotensi
menaikkan nilai error pada data hasil uji produksi. Dampaknya
sangat krusial, dikarenakan hasil data tersebut digunakan
untuk melihat performance sumur dan monitoring kontinuitas
reservoir lapangan geothermal.
Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dan berbekal dari pengalaman
operasi-produksi yang cukup lama di industri geothermal,
Mohamad Husni Mubarok PhD, selaku Production & Operation
Excellence Manager di PGE, berhasil menginisiasi dan
mengembangkan konsep desain sebuah inovasi perangkat
Well Test IoT yang Portable sebagai jawaban dari technology
gap dan permasalahan uji produksi yang ada saat ini.
Selanjutnya, pengembangan konsep dan manufaktur
perangkat tersebut dikerjakan oleh SCU sebagai pengembang
perangkat IoT.
SCU yang dalam hal ini memiliki kapabilitas dibidang IoT
(Internet of Things) sebagai bagian dari kompetensi layanan
ICT (Information communication and technology), mendapat
kepercayaan untuk mengembangkan perangkat Geoflowtest.
Perangkat ini berfungsi untuk mengolah dan menyajikan data
uji produksi yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual untuk
dapat diakses secara real-time oleh user, tujuannya untuk
meningkatkan keakuratan data dan efisiensi waktu yang
dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan hasil data olahan dari
lapangan ke user sehingga on-going evaluasi dan monitoring
dapat dilakukan secara komprehensif.
Pada tanggal 15 - 21 November 2023, tim Production and
Operation Excellence PGE dan Research and Technology
Center SCU berhasil melakukan deployment dan uji coba
perangkat di lapangan dengan hasil yang memenuhi syarat
dan sesuai dengan ekspektasi.
Direktur SCU Adi Yatama Adi Guna, menyampaikan 'Kerja
sama ini menjadi salah satu wujud nyata kontribusi SCU
mendukung perkembangan bisnis di Pertamina Group yang
dapat membuka potensi peluang bisnis. Harapan yang besar
diletakkan pada kesuksesan perangkat Real-time Portable
Well Test ini, karena dengan terealisasinya alat tersebut dapat
menjadi bukti bahwa SCU turut serta dalam mewujudkan
transisi energi yang lebih ramah lingkungan serta mendukung
misi net zero emission di Indonesia,' tutup Adi.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 28 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), through
Facts its subsidiary PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), in synergy with
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) is contributing to
the digitalization process of a sustainable renewable energy
transition. This is realized through cooperation in developing
geothermal well production capacity test equipment to obtain
real-time data that is more accurate, effective and efficient.
This device is given the name Geoflowtest.
New Renewable Energy (EBT) as an alternative energy is a
solution for the transition from using fossil energy to more
environmentally friendly energy. It is hoped that this synergy
between PGE and SCU can be a strategic contribution to
accelerating Indonesia's transition to geothermal energy which
is much cleaner and has less pollution.
According to PGE, currently testing activities for well
production capacity in the field are still carried out
conventionally with a high level of safety risk and also has the
potential to increase the error value in production test result
data. The impact is very crucial, because the data results are
used to view well performance and monitor the continuity of
geothermal field reservoirs.
Based on these conditions and armed with long-term
production-operations experience in the geothermal industry,
Mohamad Husni Mubarok PhD, as Production & Operation
Excellence Manager at PGE, succeeded in initiating and
developing a design concept for an innovative Portable Well
Test IoT device as an answer to the technology gap and
current production test problems. Furthermore, the
development of the concept and manufacturing of the device
was carried out by SCU as an IoT device developer.
SCU, which in this case has capabilities in the field of IoT
(Internet of Things) as part of its ICT (Information
communication and technology) service competency, was
trusted to develop the Geoflowtest device. This device
functions to process and present production test data which
has been carried out manually so that it can be accessed in
real-time by users, the aim is to increase data accuracy and
efficiency of the time needed to get processed data results
from the field to users so that on-going evaluation and
monitoring can be carried out comprehensively.
On 15 - 21 November 2023, the PGE Production and
Operation Excellence team and the SCU Research and
Technology Center successfully deployed and tested the
equipment in the field with results that met the requirements
and met expectations.
SCU Director Adi Yatama Adi Guna, said 'This collaboration is
a concrete manifestation of SCU's contribution to supporting
business development in the Pertamina Group which can open
up potential business opportunities. "Great hopes are placed
on the success of this Real-time Portable Well Test device,
because the realization of this tool can be proof that SCU is
participating in realizing a more environmentally friendly
energy transition and supporting the net zero emission mission
in Indonesia,' concluded Adi.
