umum terbatas kepada pemegang saham Perseroan dalam
rangka Penambahan Modal Dengan Hak Memesan Efek
Terlebih Dahulu II untuk membeli saham biasa sebanyak
2.097.150.000 saham biasa atas nama dengan nilai nominal
Rp100 per saham, atau mewakili 13,42% dari jumlah saham
Perseroan yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh setelah
MHMETD II, yang ditawarkan dengan Harga Pelaksanaan
Rp5.000 per saham, sehingga seluruhnya berjumlah sebesar
Rp10.485.750.000.000.

representing 13.42% of the number of Companys shares that
have been issued and fully paid up after Pre Emptives Rights
II, which are offered at an Exercise Price of IDR 5,000 per
share, so that the total amount being raised from this corporate
action shall be amounting to IDR 10,485,750,000,000
