ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
ON DISTRIBUTION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
PT ASURANSI TUGU PRATAMA INDONESIA Tbk. (“The Company”)
It is hereby announced to the Shareholders of the Company that on 25 October 2023, the Board of
Directors of the Company has resolved to distribute to the shareholders of the Company an interim
dividend for the financial year 2023 (for the period ending 30 September 2023) in the amount of
Rp25.512188 for each share (“Interim Dividend”) with due observance to the prevailing
regulations. The resolution has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Company
effectively on 24 November 2023.

B. Procedure of Interim Dividend Payment
1. Interim Dividend will be paid to the Shareholders of the Company whose names are registered
in the Shareholders Registry of the Company or recording date on 8 December 2023 at 16:00
Western Indonesian Time.

2. For the Shareholders whose shares are in the collective custodian of Indonesian Central
Securities Depository/Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“KSEI”), the payment will be made
through KSEI and KSEI will distribute the payment to RDN on the Securities Company or
Custodian Bank where the Shareholders open securities sub-accounts.
Meanwhile, for the Shareholders whose shares are still in certificate form (script), the Interim
Dividend payment shall be made by overbooking (bank transfer) to the Shareholders'
accounts.
3. Payment of Interim Dividend to Shareholders will be subject to Income Tax deductions in
accordance with prevailing regulations.
4. Based on applicable tax laws and regulations, Interim Dividend will be exempted from the tax
object if it is received by domestic taxpayer Shareholders in the form of legal entities
(“Domestic Corporate Taxpayer”) and the Company does not deduct Income Tax on Interim
Dividend paid to the Domestic Corporate Taxpayer. Interim Dividend received by domestic
individual taxpayer shareholder (“Domestic Individual Taxpayer”) will be exempted from tax
objects as long as the dividend is invested in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia in the
form of an investment that has been determined and within a certain period as regulated
under Article 4 (3) letter f number 1.a) Law No. 7 of 1983 regarding Income Tax as amended
several times, lastly by Law No. 11 of 2020 regarding Job Creation in conjunction with Article
15 (1) Minister of Finance Regulation No. 18/PMK.03/2021. For Domestic Individual
Taxpayer who do not comply with the investment requirements as stated above, the dividend
received by the person concerned will be subject to income tax in accordance with the
applicable provisions, and the income tax must be paid by the Domestic Individual Taxpayer
concerned in accordance with the provisions of Government Regulation No. 9 of 2021
regarding Tax Treatment to Support Ease of Doing Business.
5. The Shareholders who are Foreign Tax Payer and intend to use the tariff based on the
Approval of Avoidance of Double Taxation (Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak
Berganda/“P3B”), are obliged to comply with Article 26 of the Law No. 36 Year 2008
regarding Fourth Amendment of Law No. 7 Year 1983 regarding Income Tax and submit the
Certificate of Domicile (“COD”) to KSEI (for those whose shares are in the collective custodian
of KSEI) or to Securities Administration Bureau of the Company, PT Datindo Entrycom Jl.
Hayam Wuruk No. 28, lantai 2 Jakarta 10120 (for those whose shares are not in the collective
custodian of KSEI or in certificate form/script) at the latest on 8 December 2023 at 16:00
Western Indonesian Time by using the forms and manners as stipulated in the Director
General of Tax Rule No.PER-25/PJ/2018 regarding the Procedures for Implementing Double
Tax Avoidance Agreements. Without COD with said format, the Interim Dividend will be subject
to Income Tax of Article 26 at the rate of 20%.
6. For Shareholders whose shares are in the collective custody of KSEI, proof of dividend tax
deduction can be collected at the Securities Company and/or Custodian Bank where the
Shareholder opened their securities account and for script Shareholders it can be collected at
the Securities Administration Bureau office.

7. In the event of any tax issues in the future or any claims in relation to the Interim Dividend
already paid out to and received by the shareholder whose shares are placed in the collective
custody of KSEI, such shareholder is required to directly settle such issues or claims with the
Securities Company and/or the Custodian Bank with which the shareholder has opened a
security account in accordance with the prevailing tax laws and regulations.
