Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Triniti Dinamik Tbk (Perseroan) dengan ini menyampaikan
bahwa penyampaian atas:
a. Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Tahun Buku 2025 (LKT) yang
perlu disampaikan kepada OJK paling lambat pada akhir bulan
ketiga setelah tanggal LKT yaitu paling lambat pada tanggal
31 Maret 2026 sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 4 Peraturan
OJK Nomor 14/POJK.04/2022 tentang penyampaian Laporan
Keuangan berkala, mengalami keterlambatan.
b. Perseroan memahami perhatian dan ketidaknyamanan
yang mungkin timbul bagi para pemegang saham dan
pemangku kepentingan sehubungan dengan keterlambatan
penyampaian LKT tersebut.
c. Sehubungan dengan penghentian sementara perdagangan
saham Perseroan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa) yang
antara lain berkaitan dengan belum disampaikannya LKT
2025.
d. Saat ini, Perseroan bersama dengan pihak-pihak terkait,
termasuk Kantor Akuntan Publik, sedang melakukan proses
penyelesaian dan finalisasi Laporan Keuangan untuk periode
dimaksud. Perseroan terus melakukan koordinasi secara
intensif agar seluruh proses dapat diselesaikan dengan baik
dan laporan keuangan dapat disampaikan sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
e. Terkait penghentian sementara perdagangan saham
Perseroan, Perseroan akan memenuhi persyaratan yang
diperlukan untuk penyelesaian penghentian sementara
perdagangan tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
f. Perseroan akan menyampaikan informasi lebih lanjut apabila
terdapat perkembangan material terkait penyelesaian Laporan
Keuangan maupun status penghentian sementara
perdagangan saham Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian ini tidak berdampak material terhadap kelangsungan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan tetap menjalankan kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional secara normal dan berkomitmen untuk segera
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau menyelesaikan kewajiban pelaporan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Delay in the Submission of the Annual Financial Statements
for the 2025 Financial Year

Description of Material Information or PT Triniti Dinamik Tbk (the Company) hereby informs that:
Facts
a. The submission of the Annual Financial Statements for the
Financial Year 2025 (the 2025 Annual Financial Statements),
which is required to be submitted to the Financial Services
Authority (OJK) no later than the end of the third month
following the date of the Annual Financial Statements, namely
no later than March 31, 2026, as stipulated under Article 4 of
OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 concerning Periodic
Financial Statements, has been delayed.
b. The Company acknowledges the attention and
inconvenience that may arise among shareholders and
stakeholders in connection with the delay in the submission of
the 2025 Annual Financial Statements.
c. The Company's shares are currently subject to a temporary
suspension of trading by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the
Exchange), which, among other matters, is related to the non-
submission of the 2025 Annual Financial Statements.
d. At present, the Company, together with the relevant parties,
including the Public Accounting Firm, is in the process of
completing and finalizing the financial statements for the
relevant period. The Company continues to conduct intensive
coordination with the relevant parties to ensure that the entire
process can be completed properly and that the financial
statements can be submitted in accordance with the prevailing
laws and regulations.
e. In relation to the temporary suspension of trading of the
Company's shares, the Company will fulfill the requirements
necessary for the lifting of such temporary suspension in
accordance with the applicable regulations.
f. The Company will provide further information should there be
any material developments regarding the completion of the
financial statements or the status of the temporary suspension
of trading of the Company's shares.
Impact of event, material information or This matter does not have a material impact on the continuity
facts towards Issuers or Public of the Company's business operations. The Company
Company’s operational activities, legal, continues to conduct its business activities as usual and
financial condition, or going concern remains committed to promptly fulfilling its reporting
obligations.
