Facts
That on November 24, 2023, a Preliminary
Agreement has been signed between PT Akbar
Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (the "Company") and
PT Super Potato Indonesia ("SPI"). In the
Preliminary Agreement, the Company and SPI
agreed that in the future, the Company intends to

invest in SPI through the participation of share
ownership by the Company in SPI ("Transaction
Plan"), which for the Transaction Plan, there will
still be furthers negotiations between the parties
in the future, which will then be followed up
through the signing of an agreement that further
regulates the mechanism and deals on the
Transaction Plan.

Agreement has not been determined.
