Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material: Bersama ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Bapak Todung Mulya Lubis, Komisaris Independen — Perseroan, mengajukan cuti dalam jabatannya selaku Komisaris Independen Perseroan, efektif sejak tanggal 21 November 2023 sampai dengan 31 Mei 2024. Selama cuti tersebut, seluruh tugas dan wewenang Dewan Komisaris Perseroan akan dijalankan sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 19 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan lainnya mengenai pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab Dewan Komisaris 4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik: Tidak Ada. 5. Description of Material Information or Eacts: The Company hereby announces that Mr. Todung Mulya Lubis, an Independent Commissioner of the Company, has submitted the reguest for leave from his position as an Independent Commissioner of the Company, effective from 21 November 2023 until 31 May 2024. During his leave, all duties and authorities of the Board of Commissioners of the Company will be carried out in accordance with the provisions, Article 19 Of Article of Association of the Company and other provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company regarding the division of duties and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners.
