Description of Information granting of a Rupiah term loan facility.
b. Nilai Pinjaman / Amount of the Loan:
sampai dengan Rp45.000.000.000 / up to Rp45,000,000,000.
c. Bunga / Interest: 10,95% per tahun / 10.95% per year
d. Periode Ketersediaan / Availability Period: 3 tahun sejak tanggal
perjanjian fasilitas. / 3 years from the facility agreement date.
e. Jangka Waktu / Term: 5 tahun sejak tanggal perjanjian fasilitas. / 5 years
from the facility agreement date.
4. Hubungan Afiliasi / : Hubungan antara anak perusahaan terkendali dari Perseroan yang dimiliki
Affiliation Relationship sekurang-kurangnya sebesar 99% dan perusahaan asosiasi dari Perseroan
yang memiliki kesamaan anggota Dewan Komisaris dengan anggota Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan, dimana RAB merupakan anak perusahaan yang dimiliki
sekurang-kurangnya 99,99% oleh Perseroan dan EKB merupakan perusahaan
asosiasi yang memiliki kesamaan anggota Dewan Komisaris dengan anggota
Dewan Komisaris Perseroan. /
Relationship between a controlled subsidiary of the Company which is owned
at least 99% and an associate company of the Company which have a common
member of the Board of Commissioners with the member of the Board of
Commissioners of the Company, where RAB is a subsidiary that is at least
99.99% owned by the Company and EKB is an associated company that have
common member of the Board of Commissioners with the member of the
Board of Commissioners of the Company.
5. Dampak Kejadian : Transaksi tidak berpotensi mengakibatkan terganggunya kelangsungan usaha

The Transaction has no potential to cause disruption to the Company’s
business continuity.
