melakukan pembelian kembali atas porsi jumlah terutang atas
Surat Utang US$675.000.000 8,25% yang jatuh tempo pada
2025 dengan jumlah pokok keseluruhan US$33.874.000
(Pembelian Kembali Surat Utang 2025).
Sebagai referensi, terlampir kami sampaikan pengumuman
Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX-ST) tertanggal 20 November
2023 sehubungan dengan Pembelian Kembali Surat Utang
2025. Setiap huruf kapital dan istilah yang didefinisikan

Facts Energy Capital IV Pte. Ltd. (IEC IV) has repurchased a portion
of its outstanding US$675,000,000 8.25% Senior Notes due
2025 in an aggregate principal amount approximately
US$33,874,000 (the Repurchased 2025 Notes).
As a reference, we hereby attached the Singapore Stock
Exchange (SGX-ST) announcement dated 20 November 2023
in relation to Repurchased 2025 Notes. Any capitalized and
defined terms mentioned in this document shall have the same
meaning with capitalized and defined terms on the SGX-ST
