Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan laporan keuangan Perseroan per tanggal 31
Desember 2025, total liabilitas mengalami penurunan sebesar
36,50% (tiga puluh enam koma lima puluh persen)
dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Penurunan ini terutama
disebabkan oleh berkurangnya liabilitas jangka pendek
sebesar 49,64% (empat puluh sembilan koma enam puluh
empat persen), antara lain karena menurunnya utang kepada
pemasok, kewajiban pajak, serta utang sewa guna usaha.
Penurunan ini relatif sejalan dengan penurunan liabilitas
secara keseluruhan.
Selain itu, liabilitas jangka panjang juga mengalami penurunan
sebesar 36,50% (tiga puluh enam koma lima puluh persen),
yang disebabkan oleh penurunan nilai jaminan kontraktor,
utang jaminan pembelian batubara, serta utang sewa guna
usaha jangka panjang.
Di sisi lain, total pendapatan Perseroan mengalami penurunan
sebesar 53,10% (lima puluh tiga koma sepuluh persen).
Penurunan ini disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal penurunan
rata-rata harga jual batubara global sebesar 20,0% (dua puluh
koma nol persen) dan penyesuaian volume penjualan
batubara sebesar 41,80% (empat puluh satu koma delapan
puluh persen) sementara Perseroan tetap menjaga efisiensi
operasional dan posisi keuangan yang sehat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penurunan liabilitas berdampak terhadap rasio keuangan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, khususnya current ratio, yang mencerminkan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kemampuan Perseroan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pendek. Sementara itu, penurunan pendapatan berdampak
Perusahaan Publik terhadap menurunnya laba Perseroan. Meskipun terjadi
penurunan pendapatan, Perseroan tetap menjaga likuiditas
yang memadai serta struktur permodalan yang sehat.

Occurrence of events which cause an increase in financial
Type of Material Information or Facts liabilities or decrease in issuer�s or public company�s
revenues
Description of Material Information or Based on the Companys financial statements as of 31
Facts December 2025, total liabilities decreased by 36.50% (thirty six
point fifty percent) compared to the previous period. This
decrease was primarily attributable to a 49.64% (forty nine
point sixty four percent) reduction in current liabilities, mainly
due to lower payables to suppliers, reduced tax liabilities, and
a decrease in finance lease liabilities. This decline is relatively
in line with the overall decrease in liabilities.
In addition, non-current liabilities also decreased by 36.50%
(thirty six point fifty percent), mainly due to a reduction in
contractor guarantees, a decrease in coal purchase guarantee
liabilities, and a reduction in long-term finance lease liabilities.
On the other hand, the Companys total revenue decreased by
53.10% (fifty three point ten percent). This decrease was
driven by external factors, namely a 20.0% (twenty point zero
percent) decline in the global average selling price of coal and
a 41.80% (forty one point eighty percent) adjustment in coal
sales volume, while the Company continues to maintain
operational efficiency and a healthy financial position.
Impact of event, material information or The decrease in liabilities impacted the Company's financial
facts towards Issuers or Public ratios, particularly the current ratio, which reflects the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Company's ability to meet short-term obligations. Meanwhile,
financial condition, or going concern the decrease in revenue resulted in a decrease in the
Company's profit. Although revenue has declined, the
Company continues to maintain adequate liquidity and a sound
capital structure.
