Merujuk pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan nomor
14/POJK.04/2022 tentang Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan
Berkala Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik serta berdasarkan
Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, dimana emiten wajib menyampaikan
Laporan keuangan tahunan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
dan diumumkan kepada masyarakat paling lambat pada akhir
bulan ketiga (tanggal 31 Maret) setelah tanggal laporan
keuangan tahunan.
Sehubungan dengan saat ini masih berlangsung proses
penyelesaian audit laporan keuangan, maka bersama ini kami
sampaikan bahwa penyampaian Laporan Keuangan PT Adhi
Commuter Properti Tbk yang berakhir pada 31 Desember
2025 akan berpotensi mengalami keterlambatan.

Facts With reference to Financial Services Authority Regulation
No.14POJK.042022 regarding the Submission of Periodic
Financial Reports by Issuers or Public Companies, and
pursuant to Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. IE
regarding Disclosure Obligations, whereby issuers are required
to submit annual financial statements to the Financial Services
Authority and disclose them to the public no later than the end
of the third month March 31 following the date of the annual
financial statements.
As the financial statement audit process is currently still
ongoing, we hereby inform you that the submission of PT Adhi
Commuter Properti Tbk Financial Statements for the year
ended December 31,2025, may be delayed.
