Historis Tahunan 31 Desember 2023 PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (Perseroan), adapun penunjukan KAP
yang dimaksud adalah Gani, Sigiro & Handayani. Dengan ini Perseroan menyatakan tidak merubah KAP yang
digunakan atau masih sama dengan KAP yang dipakai perseroan di 2022.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Gani Sigiro & Handayani with Public Accountant
(Signing Partner), namely: Mrs. Florida ELisabeth Siadari To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:

We hereby convey the appointment of a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) to carry out an audit of the Annual Historical
Financial Information 31 December 2023 of PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (Company), while the
appointment of the KAP in question is Gani, Sigiro & Handayani. The company hereby states that it has not changed the
KAP used or that it will still be the same as the KAP used by the company in 2022.
