Perusahaan jasa energi terkemuka yang memberikan solusi
total turut berperan dalam pengembangan ekosistem
Pendidikan guna melahirkan sumber daya manusia (SDM)
yang unggul. Elnusa dalam kegiatan ini tidak hanya melatih
kandidat generasi muda untuk siap bekerja di sektor Migas,
namun juga di bidang industri lainnya.
Dalam upaya mendukung pengembangan ekosistem
Pendidikan tersebut, Elnusa melakukan kerja sama
penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) dengan
Politeknik Energi dan Mineral (PEM Akamigas) yang
bersamaan dengan berlangsungnya Sidang Senat Terbuka
Dies Natalis ke-57 PEM Akamigas dengan tema 'Sinergi
Akademis Dan Industri Untuk Mencapai Kemandirian Energi',
yang dilaksanakan di Graha Oktana PEM Akamigas pada
bulan lalu, Selasa (24/10/2023).
Penandatanganan tersebut dihadiri VP Human Capital Elnusa
Agung Wahidin Wibisana, Direktur PEM Akamigas Dr. Erdila
Indriani, S.Si., M.T. yang juga melakukan penandatanganan
Perjanjian Kerja Sama dengan Kepala Divisi Sumber Daya
Manusia dan Organisasi SKKMigas Daniel Kurnianto dan
Ketua ESTV Dom Bosco Maumali Timor Leste BR. Marcal
Amaral Lopes.
Direktur SDM & Umum Hera Handayani mengatakan bahwa
kegiatan ini tentunya sejalan dengan agenda global pada
Pembangungan Berkelanjutan/Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs) tujuan 4 yaitu pendidikan untuk semua pada
tahun 2030. Dalam MoU tersebut kedua belah pihak
menyepakati beberapa hal antara lain Program Praktik Kerja
Lapangan (PKL), Magang Belajar Merdeka Kampus Merdeka
(MBKM), Program Magang, Rekrutmen, pengembangan
kompetensi sumber daya manusia, peningkatan kualitas SDM,
kuliah umum dll.
'Kami berkerja sama mendukung pendidikan yang
menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja. Pendidikan merupakan
salah satu kunci untuk mencetak kualitas SDM, menurunkan
angka kemiskinan, mempercepat pertumbuhan laju ekonomi di
Indonesia serta mencapai kesetaraan gender,' ucap Hera.
Pada gelaran Dies Natalis ke 57 tersebut, Elnusa juga
dipercaya untuk mengisi acara Orasi Ilmiah yang disampaikan
oleh General Manager (GM) Marketing Elnusa Novrizal, yang
memaparkan tentang Visi PT Elnusa Tbk yaitu sebagai
Reputable Energy Services by Providing Total Solution.
Guna mencapai visi Perusahaan, strategi ini dilakukan sejalan
dengan misi perseroan yaitu membangun hubungan yang
harmonis dan saling menguntungkan dengan pemerintah,
mitra dan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini salah satunya dengan
perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.
Tidak hanya itu, hal tersebut juga merupakan fokus
Perusahaan melalui salah satu kegiatan Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) di bidang Pendidikan pada program
Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action (ELSA) yang pernah
dilakukan di PEM Akamigas Cepu pada tahun lalu. ELSA
merupakan salah satu program berbagi pengetahuan dan
pengalaman kepada mahasiswa di berbagai perguruan tinggi
dengan narasumber dari para Leader di Elnusa.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 16 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a
Facts leading energy services company that provides total solutions,
plays a role in developing the education ecosystem to produce
superior human resources (HR). Elnusa in this activity not only
trains young generation candidates to be ready to work in the
oil and gas sector, but also in other industrial fields.
In an effort to support the development of the educational
ecosystem, Elnusa collaborated to sign a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with the Energy and Mineral Polytechnic
(PEM Akamigas) which coincided with the ongoing Open
Senate Session of the 57th Anniversary of PEM Akamigas with
the theme 'Academic and Industrial Synergy to Achieve
Energy Independence', which was held at Graha Oktana PEM
Akamigas last month, Tuesday (24/10/2023).
The signing was attended by VP Human Capital Elnusa Agung
Wahidin Wibisana, Director of PEM Akamigas Dr. Erdila
Indriani, S.Si., M.T. who also signed a Cooperation Agreement
with the Head of the Human Resources and Organization
Division of SKKMigas Daniel Kurnianto and the Chairman of
ESTV Dom Bosco Maumali Timor Leste BR. Marcal Amaral
Lopes.
Director of Human Resources & General Affairs Hera
Handayani said that this activity is of course in line with the
global agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
goal 4, namely education for all by 2030. In the MoU both
parties agreed on several things, including the Field Work
Practice Program (PKL), Merdeka Campus Independent
Learning Internship (MBKM), Internship Program, Recruitment,
human resource competency development, improving the
quality of human resources, public lectures etc.
'We work together to support education that produces
graduates who are ready to work. Education is one of the keys
to producing quality human resources, reducing poverty rates,
accelerating economic growth in Indonesia and achieving
gender equality,' said Hera.
At the 57th Anniversary event, Elnusa was also trusted to
present a Scientific Oration delivered by General Manager
(GM) Marketing Elnusa Novrizal, who explained the Vision of
PT Elnusa Tbk, namely as Reputable Energy Services by
Providing Total Solution.
In order to achieve the Company's vision, this strategy is
carried out in line with the company's mission, namely building
harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships with the
government, partners and the community. In this case, one of
them is universities in Indonesia.
Not only that, this is also the Company's focus through one of
its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the
Education sector in the Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action
(ELSA) program which was carried out at PEM Akamigas
Cepu last year. ELSA is a program to share knowledge and
experience with students at various universities with resource
persons from leaders at Elnusa.
