    Elnusa Supports the Development of the Young Generation,
           Establishes Synergy with PEM Akamigas Cepu
Jakarta, 16 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading energy services company that provides total solutions,
plays a role in developing the education ecosystem to produce superior human resources (HR). Elnusa in this activity
not only trains young generation candidates to be ready to work in the oil and gas sector, but also in other industrial
fields.

In an effort to support the development of the educational ecosystem, Elnusa collaborated to sign a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with the Energy and Mineral Polytechnic (PEM Akamigas) which coincided with the ongoing
Open Senate Session of the 57th Anniversary of PEM Akamigas with the theme "Academic and Industrial Synergy to
Achieve Energy Independence”, which was held at Graha Oktana PEM Akamigas last month, Tuesday (24/10/2023).

The signing was attended by VP Human Capital Elnusa Agung Wahidin Wibisana, Director of PEM Akamigas Dr. Erdila
Indriani, S.Si., M.T. who also signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Head of the Human Resources and Organization
Division of SKKMigas Daniel Kurnianto and the Chairman of ESTV Dom Bosco Maumali Timor Leste BR. Marcal Amaral
Lopes.

Director of Human Resources & General Affairs Hera Handayani said that this activity is of course in line with the global
agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goal 4, namely education for all by 2030. In the MoU both parties
agreed on several things, including the Field Work Practice Program (PKL), Merdeka Campus Independent Learning
Internship (MBKM), Internship Program, Recruitment, human resource competency development, improving the
quality of human resources, public lectures etc.

“We work together to support education that produces graduates who are ready to work. "Education is one of the
keys to producing quality human resources, reducing poverty rates, accelerating economic growth in Indonesia and
achieving gender equality," said Hera.

At the 57th Anniversary event, Elnusa was also trusted to present a Scientific Oration delivered by General Manager
(GM) Marketing Elnusa Novrizal, who explained the Vision of PT Elnusa Tbk, namely as Reputable Energy Services by
Providing Total Solution.

In order to achieve the Company's vision, this strategy is carried out in line with the company's mission, namely
building harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships with the government, partners and the community. In this
case, one of them is universities in Indonesia.

Not only that, this is also the Company's focus through one of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities in the
Education sector in the Elnusa Leader's Sharing & Action (ELSA) program which was carried out at PEM Akamigas Cepu
last year. ELSA is a program to share knowledge and experience with students at various universities with resource
persons from leaders at Elnusa.
