Ltd., c) penurunan uang muka penjualan yang telah direalisasikan: dan d) penurunan beban pajak penghasilan (PPh 29) pada Entitas Anak Perseroan. The change in Total Assets in the 2025 Annual Consolidated Financial Statements compared to the Annual Consolidated Financial Statements as of 31 December 2024 of PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk and its Subsidiaries (the “2024 Annual Financial Statements”) is less than 2096: The change in Total Liabilities in the 2025 Annual Consolidated Financial Statements compared to the 2024 Annual Financial Statements is 20.4496: Such change was mainly attributable to: a) the repayment and/or the prepayment of the Shareholder Loans by the Company and its Subsidiaries, b) the repayment and/or the prepayment of third-party loans by the Company and its Subsidiaries, including the deconsolidation of third-party loans due to the disposal of the entire Company's shares in Indotan Lombok Pte. Ltd.: c) the decrease in advances from following its realization: and d) the decrease in corporate income tax (Article 29) expense at the Company's Subsidiaries.
