Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Hakim Pengawas Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan
Negeri Surabaya telah mengeluarkan Penetapan dalam
Perkara Nomor 13/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Sby
tertanggal 01 November 2023.
2. Bahwa dengan adanya Penetapan No. 13 tersebut, seluruh
aset-aset Perseroan yang telah di Lelang dan telah laku terjual
tidak sah dan tidak berkekuatan hukum, sehingga seluruh
pelaksanaan Lelang Eksekusi aset-aset Perseroan batal demi
hukum.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penetapan sebagaimana tersebut diatas merupakan bentuk
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan upaya penyelamatan aset yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan atas
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Eksekusi Lelang yang telah terjadi pada tanggal 27 Oktober
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau 2023 atas Permohonan PT Bank Mega Tbk dan PT
Perusahaan Publik Bank Victoria International Tbk.

Facts District Court has issued a Determination in Case Number
13/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2023/PN.Niaga.Sby dated November 1,
2023.
2. That with the existence of Determination No. 13, all of the
Company's assets that have been auctioned and sold are
invalid and have no legal force, so that the entire Execution
Auction for the Company's assets is null and void.
Impact of event, material information or The determination as mentioned above is a form of asset
facts towards Issuers or Public preservation effort carried out by the Company following the
Company’s operational activities, legal, Auction Execution which took place on October 27 2023 at the
financial condition, or going concern request of PT Bank Mega Tbk and PT Bank Victoria
International Tbk.
