Selain itu, persentase kepemilikan saham KBank secara langsung dalam BMAS juga akan terdilusi dikarenakan KBank tidak melaksanakan HMETD nya Presentase kepemilikan saham KBank secara langsung dalam BMAS setelah dilusi masih belum dapat ditentukan sampai diselesaikannya PMHMETD III. KVF and KVFEI have exersised their respective HMETD on 9 November 2023, and KVF has held 11,626,188,798 shares in BMAS and KVFI has held 181,026,624 shares in BMAS on 9 November 2023 As at the date of this report, PMHMETD IM is St ongoing and therefore, the shareholding percentage of KVF and KVFI in BMAS cannot be ascertained until PMHMETD III is completed In addition, the direct shareholding percentage of KBank in BMAS will also be diluted because KBank does not exercise its HMETD The direct shareholding percentage of KBank in BMAS after dilution cannot be ascertained yet until PMHMETD III is completed B
