OUR PROJECTS
The Company has developed some of property projects located in various strategic areas across the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java.
The Mataram City area serves as one of the Company’s primary developments.
Within the Mataram City area, there are two operational apartment towers (Sadewa and Yudhistira), one condotel operating under the name The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel
and Convention Center, and a convention building known as the Mataram City International Convention Center (MICC).
Currently in the finishing stage are Tower Bima, which will be operated as a hotel under the name The Royal Alana Yogyakarta Hotel, and Tower Arjuna, which is
designated as an apartment. Tower Arjuna also represents the final masterpiece within this development area.
In addition, the Company is developing the Banyu Bening The Villa Resort landed housing project in Ambarawa, as well as the Graha Indoland condotel, which is operated
under the name INNSiDE by Meliá Yogyakarta.

SEGMEN PROPERTI In the property segment, the Company’s portfolio includes both vertical and landed housing. For vertical residences, the Company develops Tower Sadewa, Tower Yudhistira, and Tower Arjuna as part of its apartment projects offered to the market.
