MAA DELIVERS ROBUST FINISH FOR FULL YEAR 2025

Jakarta, March 30th, 2026 – PT Map Ak3f Adiperkasa Tbk (MAA), the sports, kids and leisure
subsidiary of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), today announced its Q4 and Full Year 2025 results.

MAA’s net revenue for the full year 2025 grew by 12.2%, reaching Rp19.3 trillion. Gross profit
increased to Rp9.1 trillion, while opera3ng profit grew 17.6% to Rp2.5 trillion, and EBITDA at
Rp4.0 trillion. Furthermore, net profit increased 27.2% to Rp1.7 trillion.

In the fourth quarter, MAA’s net revenue grew by 12.0% to Rp5.3 trillion. Gross profit reached
Rp2.6 trillion, while opera3ng profit rose by 45.9% to Rp854 billion. Addi3onally, EBITDA was
Rp1.3 trillion, and net profit increased 121.7% to Rp553 billion.

This reflects our consistent execu3on across the business amid the ongoing macroeconomic

MAA’s performance was supported by stronger opera3onal discipline, including improvements in
cost management and back-end processes that helped the Company remain agile. It also con3nued
to leverage its mul3-channel model, strengthening its digital presence alongside its offline network
catering to diverse customer shopping preferences.
