MAP CONCLUDES 2025 ON SOLID FOOTING

Jakarta, March 30th, 2026 – PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), the leading lifestyle retailer in
Indonesia, today announced its results for Q4 and Full Year 2025.

MAP reported full-year net revenue growth of 13.9% to Rp43.1 trillion. Gross profit rose to
Rp18.0 trillion, while operating profit increased by 15.6% to Rp4.0 trillion, and EBITDA was
Rp7.3 trillion. On the bottom line, net profit for the year increased 26.6% to Rp 2.7 trillion.

For the fourth quarter, MAP delivered net revenue growth of 27.7% to Rp13.0 trillion. Gross profit
reached Rp5.3 trillion, while operating profit rose 41.7% to Rp1.5 trillion, and EBITDA amounted
to Rp2.4 trillion. The Company’s net profit for the quarter increased 92.2% to Rp1.0 trillion.

“We wrapped up 2025 with encouraging results as disciplined execution drove steady progress
across the business. In parallel, customer demand remained resilient throughout the year and
accelerated in the fourth quarter following the iPhone 17 launch in mid-October. This momentum
carried into the year-end holiday season, supporting the Company to close the year on a positive
note despite ongoing macro headwinds,” commented Ratih D. Gianda, VP of Investor Relations,
Corporate Communications, and Sustainability at MAP Group.

Alongside its performance, MAP continued to strengthen its operational discipline through
multiple initiatives, including refining its inventory management and back-end processes to
balance growth and profitability. Over the year, MAP also elevated its brand portfolio by
welcoming globally recognized names, including Gianvito Rossi, Abercrombie & Fitch, Omorovicza,
and Atelier Rebul.

“Building on our 2025 progress, our focus will be on unlocking greater synergies across segments
by deepening connections with brands and customers, paired with prudent expansion to capture
growth. At the same time, we remain committed to enhancing our operational efficiency, laying
the groundwork for a more resilient and future-ready MAP amid macroeconomic uncertainties”,
Ratih concluded.
