menandatangani akta-akta jaminan tanggal
8 November 2023 di hadapan Notaris
Hannywati Gunawan, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta,
antara lain :
1. Akta Gadai Saham;
2. Akta Gadai Rekening;
3. Akta Pemberian Jaminan Fidusia atas
Piutang;
4. Akta Pemberian Jaminan Fidusia atas
Mesin dan Peralatan;
5. Akta Pemberian Jaminan Fidusia atas
Asuransi; dan
6. Akta Pemberian Jaminan Fidusia atas
Kendaraan Bermotor.

facts BIB, KIM, BSL, RCI, KMS, PT Berkat Nusantara
Permai (“BNP”), PT Tanjung Belit Bara Utama
(“TBBU”), PT Karya Cemerlang Persada

Collateral Agent, have signed the collateral
deeds on 8 November 2023 before Notary
Hannywati Gunawan, S.H., Notary in Jakarta,

1. Deed of Pledge of Shares;
2. Deed of Pledge of Bank Account;
3. Deed of Providing Fiduciary for
Receivables;
4. Deed of Providing Fiduciary for
Machinery and Equipment;
5. Deed of Providing Fiduciary for
Insurance; and
6. Deed of Providing Fiduciary for Motor
Vehicles.
