- Bahwa Direksi Perseroan telah menerbitkan Surat Keputusan
No 091/KEP-DIR/HC.II/VIII/2026 tanggal 10 Agustus 2026
tentang Pengangkatan Efektif Sdr. Adityo Kristianto sebagai
Direktur TI dan Operasi PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia
1906 Tbk.

- Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas, bersama ini kami
sampaikan bahwa:

Bpk. Adityo Kristianto telah efektif menjabat sebagai

Financial Services Authority Letter No. SR-512/PB.13/2026
dated August 6, 2026, concerning the Submission of the
Decision on the Results of the Fit and Proper Test (PKK)
for the Appointment of the Corporate Director of PT Bank
Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk,

- That the Company's Board of Directors has issued Decree No.
