Bank berdasarkan Akta Perjanjian Kredit No. 35 tertanggal 09
November 2023 yang dibuat dihadapan Christina Dwi Utami,
SH, MHum, Mkn Notaris di Jakarta (Perjanjian Kredit).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta 1. Pinjaman akan digunakan untuk pembayaran belanja
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan modal dengan pembelian 1 (satu) unit Bulk Carrier Supramax
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 57.000DWT guna menunjang langsung kegiatan operational
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan dan meningkatkan kinerja keuangan Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik 2. Tidak ada dampak material dari kejadian, informasi,
atau fakta material terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan,
kecuali adanya kewajiban pembayaran bunga dan pokok
pinjaman secara periodik.
3. Tidak ada dampak material dari kejadian, informasi,
atau fakta material tersebut terhadap hukum dan
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
