Peraturan ini. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas maka berikut kami sampaikan : Materi Public Expose Tahunan Tahun 2026, yang disampaikan bersamaan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2025 (yang diaudit) per 31 Desember 2025, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk, yang telah disampaikan melalui Surat nomor 061/PERSADA/DIR.ET/I!I-26 tanggal 30 Maret 2026 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2025 (yang diaudit). Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, In order to comply with the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Jakarta No. Kep-00087/BE!/12-2025 regarding Regulation Number I-£ regarding the obligation to submit information, especially in paragraph !II.3.6. regarding the obligation of Public Expose which explains that in the event that the Listed Company has submitted information on the Public Expose material as in the provisions of paragraph 1Il.3.3.2. together with the submission of the Annual Audited Financial Statements in accordance with provision III.1.1.6., then the Listed Company is deemed to have fulfilled the Annual Public Expose obligation as referred to in pravision III.3.1.
