5. Dividen interim tersebut akan dikenakan pajak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-
undangan perpajakan yang berlaku. Jumlah pajak yang dikenakan akan menjadi
tanggungan Pemegang Saham yang bersangkutan serta dipotong dari jumlah dividen
interim yang dibayarkan.

6. Bagi Pemegang Saham Wajib Pajak Dalam Negeri yang berbentuk Badan Hukum atau
Badan Usaha, dan belum menyampaikan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak ("NPWP”), diminta
untuk menyampaikan NPWP terbaru (apabila ada perubahan dari NPWP yang sudah
pernah diberikan ke BAE sebelumnya) kepada BAE selambat-lambatnya tanggal 17
November 2023 pukul 16.00 WIB. Bila NPWP belum diterima sampai batas waktu yang
ditetapkan tersebut, akan dilakukan pemotongan PPh dengan tarif 3096 atas
pembayaran dividen kepada Wajib Pajak Badan Dalam Negeri sesuai ketentuan
peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WP OP) Dalam
Negeri yang belum menyampaikan NPWP atau mengalami perubahan NPWP, diminta
untuk menyampaikan NPWP terbaru kepada BAE selambat-lambatnya tanggal
17 November 2023 pukul 16.00 WIB. Setelah tanggal tersebut, permintaan perubahan
NPWP tidak dapat dipenuhi.

7. Bagi Pemegang Saham Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri (“WPLN”) yang pemotongan pajaknya
akan menggunakan tarif berdasarkan Persetujuan Penghindaran Pajak Berganda (P3B),
wajib menyampaikan Form DGT yang telah ditandatangani oleh otoritas yang
berwenang yang memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak No. PER-
25/PJI2018 atau menyampaikan Surat Keterangan Domisili (“SKD”/Certificate of
Domicile) yang lazim diterbitkan oleh otoritas di negara domisili bersama dengan Form
DGT yang diisi lengkap oleh WPLN sesuai ketentuan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Pajak
No. PER-25/PJ/2018. Mengacu pada peraturan tersebut, Form DGT harus berupa
dokumen asli atau Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri dapat juga menyampaikan Tanda Terima
SKD Wajib Pajak Luar Negeri beserta fotokopi SKD apabila sebelumnya sudah pernah
menyampaikan Form DGT ini kepada Wajib Pajak Dalam Negeri lainnya. Batas waktu
penerimaan Form DGT atau Tanda Terima SKD beserta fotokopi SKD oleh BAE adalah
selambat-lambatnya tanggal 17 November 2023, pukul 16.00 WIB. Bila SKD tidak
diterima dalam batas waktu yang disebutkan, dividen tunai yang dibayarkan akan
dikenakan pemotongan PPh Pasal 26 sebesar 2076.

SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF INTERIM DIVIDENDS

Based on the Board of Commissioners' Approval Letter dated November 3 2023 with the
approval of the Board of Commissioners on the Decision of the Company's Directors
regarding the payment of interim dividends for the financial year ending December 31, 2023,
the Company hereby notifies the Schedule and Procedures for Distribution of Cash
Dividends to the Company's shareholders as follows:

Interim Dividend Payment Procedures:
1. This announcement is an official notification from the Company and the Company does
not issue a specific notification to the Shareholders.

2. Interim dividend payments are given to Shareholders whose names are registered in the
Shareholders Register of the Company on November 17, 2023 until the close of share
trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on that date or what is known as the Recording
Date of Shareholders entitled to Dividend.

3. For Shareholders whose shares are registered in the Collective Custody of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia ("KSEI"), dividend payments according to the schedule above will
be made by way of overbooking through KSEI, and KSEI will then distribute them to the
accounts of Securities Companies or Custodian Banks. a place where Shareholders
open accounts.

4. Shareholders who are still using scripts, whose shares are not included in the collective
custody of KSEI, and wish that dividend payments be made by transfer to the bank
account of the Shareholders, may notify the name and bank address and account
number of the Shareholders at the latest on the date November 17, 2023 in writing to:

5. The interim dividend will be taxed in accordance with the applicable tax laws and
regulations. The amount of tax charged will be borne by the Shareholders concerned and
deducted from the amount of interim dividends paid.

6. For Domestic Taxpayer Shareholders in the form of a Legal Entity or Business Entity, and
have not submitted their Taxpayer Identification Number ("NPWP"), are reguested to
submit the latest NPWP (if there is a change from the NPWP that has been given to BAE
before) to BAE by the latest date November 17, 2023 at 16.00 WIB. If the NPWP has
not been received by the stipulated deadline, the income tax will be deducted at a rate of
3094 on dividend payments to the Domestic Taxpayers in accordance with the provisions
of the applicable tax regulations. Domestic Individual Taxpayers (WP OP) who have not
submitted their NPWP or have undergone a change in their NPWP are reguested to
submit their latest NPWP to BAE by the latest November 17, 2023 at 16.00 WIB. After
that date, the NPWP change reguest cannot be fulfilled.

7. Shareholders of Foreign Taxpayers (“WPLN”) whose withholding tax will use the tariff
based on the Agreement to Avoid Double Taxation (P3B), must submit the DGT Form
that has been signed by the competent authority which complies with the provisions of
the Director General of Taxes Regulation No. PER-25 / PJ / 2018 or submitting a
Certificate of Domicile ("SKD" / Certificate of Domicile) which is Commonly issued by the
authorities in the country of domicile along with Form DGT which is filled in completely by
WPLN in accordance with the provisions of the Director General of Taxes Regulation No.
PER-25 / PJ / 2018. Referring to these regulations, Form DGT must be in the form of
original documents or Foreign Taxpayers can also submit the Overseas Taxpayer's SKD
Receipt along with a photocopy of SKD if they have previously submitted this DGT Form
to other Domestic Taxpayers. The deadline for receiving the DGT Form or SKD Receipt
along with a copy of the SKD by the BAE is no later than November 17, 2023, 16.00
WIB. If SKD is not received within the stated time limit, the cash dividend paid will be
subject to a 206 withholding of Income Tax Article 26.
