31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015 tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik, Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa:
a. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Perseroan
tertanggal 2 November 2023 yang telah memperoleh
persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada tanggal 3
November 2023, Perseroan akan melaksanakan pembagian
dividen interim untuk tahun buku Perseroan yang berakhir
pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023, yang rencananya akan
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Desember 2023;
b. Adapun jadwal dan tata cara pembayaran secara
terperinci dapat dilihat melalui uraian informasi dalam
dokumen terlampir.

Companies, the Company stated that:
a. Based on the Decree of the Company's Directors dated 2
November 2023 which has received approval from the
Company's Board of Commissioners on 3 November 2023, the
Company will distribute interim dividends for the Company's
financial year ending on 31 December 2023, which is planned
to be implemented on 7 December 2023 ;
b. The detailed payment schedule and procedures can be
seen through the detailed information in the attached
document.
