                           Cemindo Delivers 77% Operating Profit Growth
                               Amid Challenging Market Weakness

Jakarta, March 30, 2026 – PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk (“Cemindo” or the “Company”)
delivered strong financial performance for the full year 2025, recording approximately 77%
year-on-year growth in consolidated operating profit despite continued weakness in the
Indonesian domestic cement market. The Company also recorded a 33% increase in EBITDA
compared to 2024, with EBITDA margin improving to 18.4%.

Against a backdrop of declining industry demand, the Company remained disciplined in
executing a value-driven, profitability-focused commercial strategy, strengthening its position
in core markets while maintaining revenue quality.

Performance was primarily driven by sustained operational efficiency initiatives, including
optimization of plant utilization, tighter raw material cost management, and improved energy
and logistics efficiency, which collectively supported margin expansion.
