Bumi Resources Announces FY 2025 Financial Results
Jakarta, 30 March 2026 – PT Bumi Resources Tbk (“Company” or “Bumi Resources”), the world’s
largest thermal coal exporter and one of Indonesia’s leading natural resources companies, today
announced its unaudited financial results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025, as published
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results reflect disciplined operations and continued
progress in cost management amid global commodity price volatility.
Key Financial Highlights (PSAK 111, FY 2025 vs FY 2024)
• Revenue: US$1,424.8 million vs US$1,359.7 million (up 4.8%)
• Cost of Revenue: US$1,175.7 million vs US$1,190.4 million (down 1.2%)
• Gross Profit: US$249.1 million vs US$169.3 million (up 47.1%)
• Operating Expenses: US$107.8 million vs US$108.2 million (down 0.4%)
• Operating Profit: US$141.3 million vs US$61.1 million (up 131.4%)
• Operating Margin: 9.9% (vs 4.5%)
• Profit Before Tax: US$181.1 million vs US$121.9 million (up 48.6%)
• Net Profit: US$122.3 million vs US$90.1 million (up 35.7%)

Despite the softer market environment and lower coal prices, Bumi Resources delivered positive
operational profitability with improved margins supported by efficiency gains and disciplined cost
management.
Operational Performance (FY 2025 vs FY 2024)
• Coal Mined: 74.8 million tonnes (up 0.2%)
• Coal Sales: 74.6 million tonnes (down 2%)
• Average FOB Price: US$59.7/t (down 17% from US$71.8/t)
• Overburden Removed: 596.2 Mbcm (down 8%)
• Strip Ratio: 8.0x (vs 8.7x)
• Inventory: 2.0 million tonnes (vs 1.6 million tonnes)
Operational stability was maintained despite price pressures, underscoring the Company’s resilience and
strong execution across its subsidiaries.
2026 Guidance
• Sales Volume: 76 – 78 million tonnes
• Average Price: US$60 – US$62 per tonne
• Production Cash Cost: approximately US$43 – US$44 per tonne
Bumi Resources remains focused on optimizing production efficiency, strengthening cost control, and
advancing its diversification strategy to support long-term value creation.

Corporate Developments
Bumi Resources will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) no later than June
2026. An earnings call on the FY 2025 results is also planned to provide further insights into financial
and operational performance. Details for both events will be announced in due course.
