Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 6 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa)
Perusahaan jasa energi terkemuka yang tergabung dalam
Subholding Upstream Pertamina, turut serta berperan aktif
dalam Proyek Penyisipan (Segmental Partial Replacement)
Main Oil Line XAP ke MGS Balongan, yang terletak di wilayah
Kerja X-Ray Jatibarang Field Lepas PT Pertamina EP Pantai
Laut Jawa, Kabupaten Indramayu, Provinsi Jawa Barat.
Pekerjaan ini merupakan upaya menjaga kehandalan asset
untuk menunjang produksi, dilakukan mulai dari 4 April 2023
sampai dengan 16 Agustus 2023 diluar fase Persiapan dan
Engineering. Atas rampungnya pekerjaan tersebut dan
sebagai wujud rasa syukur, Elnusa bersama dengan PT
Pertamina EP selaku pemilik proyek menggelar closing
seremoni Main Oil Line XAP, Senin (06/11).
Dalam pekerjaan ini Elnusa melaksanakan lingkup pekerjaan
mulai dari Masa Persiapan Kerja & Perijinan, Project
Management Team, Detail Teknis, Survey Pre-Installation,
Pengadaan, Konstruksi, Sampel Pipa, Commissioning & Start-
Up (Pengujian dan Fase Awal), Post Lay Survey Survey Paska
Pekerjaan, dan Sertifikasi. Dari Aspek Kinerja HSSE, Elnusa
juga menorehkan catatan positif dalam proyek ini dengan
mencatatkan 0 Lost Time Incident (LTI) dengan total 832 jam
kerja selamat dan 426.151 total Jam kerja tanpa kecelakaan.
Direktur Operasi Elnusa Charles Harianto Lumbantobing
mengatakan bahwa proyek ini merupakan langkah strategis
bagi Elnusa sebagai Perusahaan jasa energi terkemuka yang
berkomitmen untuk memberikan solusi total. 'Kami memahami
sepenuhnya bahwa proyek ini memiliki dampak signifikan pada
integritas dan kelangsungan produksi di lapangan X-Ray.
Dengan tekad dan dedikasi, kami mampu menyelesaikan
issue integritas yang telah menyebabkan Lost Production
Opportunity (LPO),' kata Charles.
Lebih lanjut Charles menambahkan, 'Elnusa telah
menjalankan seluruh cakupan pekerjaan dengan komitmen
tinggi. Kami siap untuk terus berperan aktif dalam proyek-
proyek berikutnya yang akan memajukan industri energi di
Indonesia'.
Sementara itu, General Manager PT Pertamina EP Zona 7,
Afwan Daroni, mengapresiasi kinerja dan dedikasi seluruh tim
baik dari Pertamina EP dan Elnusa yang sudah
menyelesaikan project ini dengan tetap mengutamakan aspek
keselamatan kerja. 'Melalui sinergi yang luar biasa antar anak
usaha Pertamina ini, kami berharap dapat meningkatkan
kehandalan pipa alir XAP - MGS Balongan agar dapat
meningkatkan produksi Migas Nasional,' pungkas Afwan.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 6 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading
Facts energy services company which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, is taking an active role in the Main Oil
Line XAP Insertion (Segmental Partial Replacement) Project to
MGS Balongan, which is located in the X-Work area Ray
Jatibarang Field Off PT Pertamina EP Java Sea Coast,
Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. This work is an
effort to maintain asset reliability to support production, carried
out from April 4 2023 to August 16 2023 outside the
Preparation and Engineering phases. For the completion of the
work and as a form of gratitude, Elnusa together with PT
Pertamina EP as the project owner held a closing ceremony
for the XAP Main Oil Line, Monday (06/11).
In this work, Elnusa carries out the scope of work starting from
the Work Preparation & Licensing Period, Project Management
Team, Technical Details, Pre-Installation Survey, Procurement,
Construction, Pipe Samples, Commissioning & Start-Up
(Testing and Initial Phase), Post Lay Survey Survey Post
Employment, and Certification. From the HSSE Performance
Aspect, Elnusa also made a positive record in this project by
recording 0 Lost Time Incidents (LTI) with a total of 832 safe
working hours and 426,151 total working hours without
accidents.
Elnusa Operations Director Charles Harianto Lumbantobing
said that this project is a strategic step for Elnusa as a leading
energy services company that is committed to providing total
solutions. 'We fully understand that this project has a
significant impact on the integrity and continuity of production
at the X-Ray field. With determination and dedication, we were
able to resolve the integrity issue which had caused Lost
Production Opportunity (LPO),' said Charles.
Charles further added, 'Elnusa has carried out the entire scope
of work with high commitment. We are ready to continue to
play an active role in the next projects that will advance the
energy industry in Indonesia.'
Meanwhile, General Manager of PT Pertamina EP Zone 7,
Afwan Daroni, appreciated the performance and dedication of
the entire team from both Pertamina EP and Elnusa who had
completed this project while still prioritizing work safety
aspects. 'Through this extraordinary synergy between
Pertamina's subsidiaries, we hope to increase the reliability of
the XAP - MGS Balongan flow pipe in order to increase
National Oil and Gas production,' concluded Afwan.
