  Elnusa takes an Active Role in the Segmental Partial Replacement
 Main Oil Line XAP Insertion Project to MGS Balongan PT Pertamina EP
Jakarta, 6 November 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading energy services company which is part of the Pertamina
Upstream Subholding, is taking an active role in the Main Oil Line XAP Insertion (Segmental Partial Replacement)
Project to MGS Balongan, which is located in the X-Work area Ray Jatibarang Field Off PT Pertamina EP Java Sea Coast,
Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. This work is an effort to maintain asset reliability to support production,
carried out from April 4 2023 to August 16 2023 outside the Preparation and Engineering phases. For the completion
of the work and as a form of gratitude, Elnusa together with PT Pertamina EP as the project owner held a closing
ceremony for the XAP Main Oil Line, Monday (06/11).

In this work, Elnusa carries out the scope of work starting from the Work Preparation & Licensing Period, Project
Management Team, Technical Details, Pre-Installation Survey, Procurement, Construction, Pipe Samples,
Commissioning & Start-Up (Testing and Initial Phase), Post Lay Survey Survey Post Employment, and Certification.
From the HSSE Performance Aspect, Elnusa also made a positive record in this project by recording 0 Lost Time
Incidents (LTI) with a total of 832 safe working hours and 426,151 total working hours without accidents.

Elnusa Operations Director Charles Harianto Lumbantobing said that this project is a strategic step for Elnusa as a
leading energy services company that is committed to providing total solutions. “We fully understand that this project
has a significant impact on the integrity and continuity of production at the X-Ray field. "With determination and
dedication, we were able to resolve the integrity issue which had caused Lost Production Opportunity (LPO)," said
Charles.

Charles further added, "Elnusa has carried out the entire scope of work with high commitment. We are ready to
continue to play an active role in the next projects that will advance the energy industry in Indonesia."

Meanwhile, General Manager of PT Pertamina EP Zone 7, Afwan Daroni, appreciated the performance and dedication
of the entire team from both Pertamina EP and Elnusa who had completed this project while still prioritizing work
safety aspects. "Through this extraordinary synergy between Pertamina's subsidiaries, we hope to increase the
reliability of the XAP - MGS Balongan flow pipe in order to increase National Oil and Gas production," concluded Afwan.
