RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja dengan
Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Benyanto Suherman untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Untuk memenuhi ketentuan mengenai pembatasan penggunaan jasa audit berdasarkan POJK 9 Tahun 2023, dimana
pada Pasal 7 mengatur bahwa Pihak wajib membatasi penggunaan jasa audit atas informasi keuangan historis tahunan
dari AP untuk 7 (tujuh) tahun kumulatif.
Sebelumnya untuk audit laporan keuangan, Perseroan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono,
Sungkoro & Surja yang telah melakukan audit laporan keuangan Perseroan selama Periode tahun buku 31 Desember
2018 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2022.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 09 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Benyanto Suherman To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
In order to comply with the restrictions on the engagement of audit services based on Financial Services Authority
Regulation No. 9 of 2023 (POJK 9/2023), whereby Article 7 states that a Party must limit the engagement of audit
services for historical annual financial information of a Public Accountant's Office for a cumulative 7 (seven) years.
Previously, for the financial statement audit, the Company engaged the services of Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja
Public Accountants, who had conducted the audit of the Company's financial statements for the period from 31
December 2018 to 31 December 2022.
Thus to be informed accordingly.
