Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pembelian kembali saham akan dilaksanakan setelah
Perseroan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi kepada
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek. Jangka waktu
pembelian kembali saham tersebut akan dimulai pada tanggal
17 November 2023 sampai dengan tanggal 16 Mei 2025
namun dapat berakhir sebelum batas waktu apabila pembelian
kembali saham telah selesai. Periode batas waktu tunduk
pada batas waktu yang ditentukan dalam Pasal 8 POJK
30/2017 yang mengatur bahwa pelaksanaan pembelian
kembali saham tersebut wajib diselesaikan dalam jangka
waktu paling lama 18 (delapan belas) bulan setelah tanggal
RUPS.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham ditimbulkan tidak akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak negatif terhadap penurunan pendapatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dan tidak akan mempengaruhi secara negatif
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau terhadap pembiayaan kegiatan operasional Perseroan. Selain
Perusahaan Publik itu, Pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham diperkirakan akan
berdampak minimal terhadap kegiatan usaha, operasional,
dan pertumbuhan Perseroan dikarenakan dana yang
dialokasikan untuk pembelian kembali saham tidak material.

Share buy Back Plan 2023 (Amendment)
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or The share buyback will be conducted after the Company
Facts submits the information disclosure to the Financial Services
Authority and the Stock Exchange. The share buyback period
will begin on 17 November 2023 until 16 May 2025, however,
the share buyback period may end prior to the time limit in the
event that the share buyback has been completed. The time
limit period is subject to the time limit as specified in Article 8 of
POJK 30/2017 which stipulates that implementation of share
buyback must be completed within a maximum period of 18
(eighteen) months after the AGMS.
Impact of event, material information or The implementation of the share buyback will not have a
facts towards Issuers or Public material impact on the performance of earnings per share
Company’s operational activities, legal, because the share buyback is not directly related to the
financial condition, or going concern Company's operational activities. Furthermore, the
implementation of the share buyback is expected to have
minimal impact on the Company's business activities,
operations and growth as the allocated funds for the share
buyback are immaterial.
