tentang Pengenaan Sanksi Administratif
berupa Pembayaran Denda
Administratif kepada PT Adhi Kartiko
Pratama Tbk di Provinisi Sulawesi
Tenggara tertanggal 2 Maret 2026
(“SK”):/ Referring to the Minutes of
Handover of the Decree of the Minister
of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia
dated March 26, 2026, the Company has
received the Decree of the Minister of
Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia
Number 211 of 2026 concerning the
Imposition of Administrative Sanctions in
the form of an Administrative Fine on PT
Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk in Southeast
Sulawesi Province dated March 2, 2026
(the “Decree”):

Dengan merujuk kepada SK tersebut,

Perseroan akan melakukan
pembayaran dengan total denda
administratif sebesar

Rp185.933.142.600 (Seratus delapan
puluh lima miliar sembilan ratus tiga
puluh tiga juta seratus empat puluh dua
ribu enam ratus Rupiah) paling lambat
30 hari kerja sejak diterbitkannya Surat
Perintah Pelunasan Tagihan Nomor
S.84/GKM/SPHK/GKM.02.02/B/03/2026
tertanggal 3 Maret 2026./ Referring to
the Decree, the Company will pay the
total administrative fine amounting to
Rp185,933,142,600 (one — hundred
eighty-five billion nine hundred thirty-
three million one hundred forty-two
thousand six hundred Rupiah) within a
maximum period of 30 (thirty) working
days from the issuance date of the
Payment Order Letter — Number
