Description of information or material facts merupakan tindak lanjut dari adanya pelaksanaan Waran Seri II Perseroan hal mana telah mendapat persetujuan dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan pada tanggal 2 Maret 2021 yang lalu. Akta No. 52 dan seluruh dokumen pendukungnya telah diterima dan dicatat dalam Sistem Administrasi Badan Hukum berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia No. AHU-AH.01.03- 0135506 tertanggal 31 Oktober 2023. Perubahan Pasal 4 ayat (2) Anggaran Dasar Perseroan sebagaimana ternyata di dalam Akta No. 52 dilampirkan bersama surat ini. Changes has been made in Clause 4 Article 2 of the Company's Articles of Association, as stated in Notarial Deed No. 52 dated 31" of October 2023 made before Notary Esther Pascalia Ery Javina, SH, MKn., Notary in Jakarta (“Deed No. 52”).
