Mengacu kepada Kebijakan Sementara Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Triwulan III Tahun 2023 yang Berbasis XBRL,
yaitu yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Penilaian Perusahaan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2023,
bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa dalam hal sistem pelaporan keuangan berbasis XBRL telah beroperasi secara
normal, PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk akan mengumumkan kembali Laporan Keuangan Triwulan III Tahun 2023 sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Bersama ini juga kami kirimkan sebagaimana terlampir: (1) Surat Pernyataan Direksi
tentang Tanggung Jawab atas Laporan Keuangan yang sudah termasuk di dalam Laporan Keuangan Triwulan III Tahun
2023; (2) Surat PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk yang menyampaikan informasi mengenai perubahan jumlah Total Liabilitas
dan/atau Total Aset dalam Laporan Keuangan Triwulan III Tahun 2023 yang dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan
Konsolidasian Tahunan Perseroan dan Entitas Anak untuk tahun berakhir 31 Desember 2022.

Referring to the Temporary Policy on the Submission of the 3rd Quarter of 2023 Financial Statement with XBRL
Basis, issued by Direktorat Penilaian Perusahaan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia on July October, 2023, we hereby
would like inform that in the event that the XBRL-based financial reporting system is operating normally, PT
Cemindo Gemilang Tbk shall be re-announcing the 3rd Quarter of 2023 Financial Statement as per the prevailing
regulations. We d also to submit the following attachments: (1) the Board of Directors Statement of Responsibilities
for Financial Statement which has been incorporated in the 3rd Quarter of 2023 Financial Statement; (2) the letter
of PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk, which informs on the change of the Total Amount of Liabilities and/or the Total
Amount of Assets in the 3rd Quarter of 2023 Financial Statement to be compared to the Consolidated Financial
Statement of the Company and Subsidiaries for the years ended December 31, 2022.
