Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Informasi atau kejadian material lainnya sehubungan dengan
realisasi dan penyelesaian atas Transaksi Afiliasi
sebagaimana diuraikan di dalam Keterbukaan Informasi yang
telah disampaikan oleh Perseroan kepada OJK, Bursa Efek
Indonesia dan masyarakat pada tanggal 5 Juli 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Realisasi dan penyelesaian atas Transaksi Afiliasi tersebut
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan secara tidak langsung akan memberikan dampak positif
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan dikarenakan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau peningkatan kepemilikan saham BREN di SEGHPL dan
Perusahaan Publik lunasnya utang SEGHPL kepada SEOG berdasarkan
Perjanjian.

Company’s operational activities, legal, condition of the Company, as a result of the increase in the
financial condition, or going concern share ownership by BREN in SEGHPL and full repayment of
