2023 (“Pengumuman”) yang merujuk pada
Laporan Keuangan Perseroan per 30 September
2023. Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00077/BEI/09-2021
yang mengatur Perubahan Ketentuan
Pelaksanaan Pembagian Dividen Saham,
Pembagian Saham Bonus, dan Pembagian Dividen
Interim, disebutkan pada klausul 2f "Jumlah
dividen interim yang dibagikan tidak boleh lebih
dari laba bersih yang tercantum dalam laporan
keuangan yang digunakan sebagai dasar
pembagian dividen interim". Sebagaimana dilihat
di Laporan Keuangan Perseroan per 30 September
2023, laba bersih belum mencukupi untuk
memberikan dividen sebesar yang direncanakan
di dalam Pengumuman. Namun demikian, pada
bulan Oktober 2023 Perseroan telah mencatatkan
pendapatan yang cukup signifikan untuk dapat
memenuhinya.
Atas dasar pertimbangan tersebut, Perseroan
dengan ini melakukan pembatalan terhadap
rencana Jadwal Pembagian Dividen Interim yang
tertuang dalam Pengumuman. Selanjutnya
Perseroan akan melakukan limited review
terhadap Laporan Keuangan Perseroan per 31
Oktober 2023 dan Perseroan akan kembali
mengumumkan rencana Jadwal Pembagian
Dividen Interim yang baru setelah Laporan
Keuangan Perseroan per 31 Oktober 2023 selesai.
Previously, the Company has announced the
Interim Dividend Distribution Schedule plan on
SPE-IDXnet through the Company's letter No.
039/PBS-CSL/X/2023 on October 30, 2023 (the
"Announcement") which refers to the Company's
Financial Statements as of September 30, 2023.
Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00077/BEI/09-
2021 which regulates the Amendment to the

Provisions on the Implementation of Stock
Dividend Distribution, Bonus Share Distribution,
and Interim Dividend Distribution, it is stated in
clause 2f "The amount of interim dividends
distributed may not exceed the net profit stated in
the financial statements used as the basis for the
distribution of interim dividends". As seen in the
Company's Financial Statements as of September
30, 2023, the net profit is not yet sufficient to
provide the dividend as planned in the
Announcement. However, in October 2023, the
Company recorded a significant enough income to
be able to fulfill it.
Based on these considerations, the Company
hereby cancels the Interim Dividend Distribution
Schedule plan contained in the Announcement.
Furthermore, the Company will conduct a limited
review of the Company's Financial Statements as
of October 31, 2023, and the Company will re-
announce the new Interim Dividend Distribution
Schedule plan after the Company's Financial
Statements as of October 31, 2023, are completed.
