Jumlah Fasilitas / Facility Amount:
Fasilitas kredit bergulir berbasis berkelanjutan
senilai US$500.000.000 (dengan opsi
greenshoe senilai hingga US$250.000.000). / A
sustainability‑linked revolving credit facility in the
amount of US$500,000,000 (with a greenshoe
option of up to US$250,000,000).
Tujuan Fasilitas / Purpose of the Facility:
Pemberian fasilitas kredit kepada Perseroan
akan digunakan untuk membiayai keperluan
umum korporasi Perseroan (termasuk namun
tidak terbatas pada belanja modal, kebutuhan
modal kerja). / The proceeds of the facility will be
used to finance the Company’s general
corporate purposes (including but not limited to
capital expenditures and working capital
requirements).
Jatuh Tempo / Repayment Date:
24 bulan dengan opsi perpanjangan untuk
jangka waktu tambahan 12 bulan. / 24 months
with an option to extend for an additional 12
months.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau : Fasilitas Kredit Bergulir Terkait Keberlanjutan ini
fakta material tersebut terhadap memberikan kepastian pendanaan pada proyek-
kegiatan operasional, hukum, proyek pembangunan tambang dan fasilitas

kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau memasuki fase penyelesaian, akan selesai tepat
