Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) telah melaporkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kinerja keuangan untuk kuartal ketiga tahun 2023 dengan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, penyajian laporan keuangan yang tidak diaudit dengan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau membukukan pendapatan sebesar IDR 1,62 Triliun atau
Perusahaan Publik mengalami kenaikan sebanyak 12 kali lipat dari tahun
sebelumnya. Penjualan properti yang sekarang menjadi lini
bisnis utama dari PANI merupakan salah satu alasan
terjadinya peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan. Sejak
tahun 2022, PANI sudah bertransformasi menjadi
pengembang properti yang memfokuskan pembangunannya di
Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, yang tepat terletak di bagian utaranya
Jakarta dengan orientasi segmen pasar yang digarap dan
penuh peluang yaitu segmen pasar menengah dan menengah
keatas. Produk-produk unggulan PANI antara lain Manhattan
Residence, Permata Hijau Residence, Rumah Milenial, Ruko
Milenial, The Bund, Pasadena Walk Shop Office, Bizpark PIK2
dan Ruko Little Siam. Dengan mengembangkan
pembangunan di daerah Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 serta dengan
segmen pasar tersebut, alhasil, PANI dapat mengantongi Laba
Bersih sebesar IDR 699 Miliar hanya dalam kurun waktu 9
bulan pertama 2023.

Impact of event, material information or PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) has reported its
facts towards Issuers or Public financial performance for the third quarter of 2023 with the
Company’s operational activities, legal, presentation of unadudited financial statement by recording
financial condition, or going concern revenue of IDR 1.62 Trillion or has been increased 12 times
from the previous year. Property sales which are now become
the main business line of PANI is one of the reasons for the
significant increase in revenue. Since 2022, PANI has been
transformed into a property developer that focuses on
development of Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, which located right in
the northern part of Jakarta and market segment orientating to
develop and ample of opportunities are middle and upper
middle markets. PANI's superior products include Manhattan
Residence, Permata Hijau Residence, Millennial House,
Millennial Shophouse, The Bund, Pasadena Walk Shop-Office,
Bizpark PIK2 and Little Siam Shophouse. With building its
development in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 and with that market
segment, as a result, PANI pocketed a Net Profit of IDR 699
Billion in just the first 9 months of 2023.
