Oktober 2023 yang dibuat di hadapan Wiwik Condro, S.H.,
Notaris di Jakarta Barat dan telah disahkan oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan
Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia No. AHU-
0080578.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2023 pada tanggal 24 Oktober
2023.
Perseroan merupakan pemilik atas 99,99% saham di BWE
atau sejumlah 9.999 lembar saham dengan nilai nominal
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian BWE akan memberi dampak positif terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan karena adanya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pengembangan kegiatan operasional yang akan dilakukan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau oleh BWE selaku entitas anak perusahaan Perseroan.

pursuant to the Deed of Establishment No. 35 dated 20
October 2023 drawn up before Wiwik Condro, S.H., Notary in
West Jakarta and approved by the Minister of Law and Human
Rights based on Decree of the Minister of Law and Human
Rights No. AHU-0080578.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2023 dated 24
October 2023.
The Company has 99.99% ownership in BWE or 9,999 shares
with a total nominal value of Rp. 15,598,440,000.
Impact of event, material information or The establishment of BWE will have a positive impact to the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company's business continuity due to the development of
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities that will be carried out by BWE as a
financial condition, or going concern subsidiary of the Company.
