Selanjutnya Perseroan melakukan perjanjian pinjaman fasilitas kredit dengan BCA dengan perjanjian pinjaman sesuai dengan Akta Perjanjian nomor 02017/SLK-KOM/2023 tanggal 18 September 2023, dibuat dihadapan Notaris Kirana Ivyminerva Wilamarta S.H.,LL.M., di Jakarta tanggal 25 Oktober 2023. " Tujuan melakukan perjanjian pinjaman fasilitas kredit dengan BCA agar suku bunga atau angsuran yang ditanggung debitur bisa lebih rendah, dan/atau untuk meningkatkan limit/plafond kredit. Helping Your Business Grow - Para pihak : Perseroan sebagai debitur, dan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) sebagai kreditur. - Fasilitas Kredit : Fasilitas Time Loan Revolving dengan limit kredit sebesar Rp 60.000.000.000,- (enam puluh miliar rupiah) dan Kredit Lokal (Rekening Koran) dengan limit Rp 10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar rupiah). Jangka Waktu : 25 Oktober 2023 sampai dengan 25 Oktober 2024 (12 bulan). Suku Bunga : Time Loan Revolving dengan bunga 8,7596 per tahun dan bunga provisi sebesar 0,2596 per tahun, Kredit Lokal (Rekening Koran) dengan bunga 9X per tahun dan bunga provisi sebesar 0,2596 pertahun. facility with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in accordance with number
309/PERSADA/FIN.ET/X-23 dated October 6, 2023.
Furthermore, the Company entered into a credit facility loan agreement
with BCA with a loan agreement in accordance with Deed of Agreement
number 02017/SLK-KOM/2023 dated September 18, 2023, made by
Notary Kirana Ivyminerva Wilamarta S.H., LL.M., in Jakarta dated October
25, 2023.
The purpose of entering into a credit facility loan agreement with BCA is
to lower the interest rate or instalments borne by the debtor, and/or to
increase the credit limit/plafond. The explanation is as follows:
