Pre-emptive Rights
Description of Material Information or In order to comply with the provisions of Article 15 of the
Facts Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 32/POJK.04 /2015
of 2015 regarding Capital Increase of Public Companies with
Pre-emptive Rights (hereinafter referred to as POJK 32/2015)
and in conjunction with the submission of the Company's
Letter No. 090/MTI/CORSEC/EXT/X/2023 dated October 24,
2023 to Financial Services Authority regarding the Notification
regarding the Submission of Announcement of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the
Company (EGMS), we herewith convey the Public Disclosure
to the shareholders of the Company in connection with the
plan to implement Capital Increase without Pre-emptive Rights
(PMTHMETD).
