Based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange
Number KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 Rule Number 1-E concerning Obligation to
Submit Information Article 1!.1.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the
“Company”) submits an explanation for changes of more than 2076 in the
Unaudited Interim Financial Statement for the period January 18, 2023 —
September 30", 2023, with the following explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the

Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of September, 30" 2023 did not
change by more than 20Yp compared to the Company's Total Assets and
Liabilities as of December 31", 2022.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets as of September 30'", 2023 were recorded at
Rp 543,725,859,960 while at the end of December 31:t, 2022 the Company
recorded Total Assets of Rp 553,207,312,282.

The Company's Total Assets as of September 30", 2023 was decreased by
Rp 9,481,452,322 or decreased by 1.71”6 compared to the Company's Total
Assets as of December 31"t, 2022.

Total Company's Liabilities

The Company's Total Liabilities as of September 30", 2023 were recorded
at Rp 165,107,288,647 while as of December 31s', 2022 the Company
recorded a Total Liabilities of Rp 188,386,108,964.

The Company's Total Liabilities as of September 30", 2023 was decreased

by Rp 23,778,820,317 or decreased by 12.59”b compared to the Company's
Total Liabilities as of December 31“', 2022.
