  Strengthening Business Potential, Elnusa Collaborates
    with Daqing Oilfield Company, Ltd. Signs MoU on
      Business Cooperation in the Oil and Gas Sector
Jakarta, 20 October 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding
(MoU) with Daqing Oilfield Company, Ltd. (Daqing) on October 17 2023. This signing is the initial sign of
collaboration between the two companies in realizing Elnusa's vision and mission to become a leading
energy services company that provides total solutions.

The signing of the MoU was carried out by John Hisar Simamora as President Director of Elnusa with Fang
Junling as Vice President of Daqing China. Also present to witness the signing were Elnusa's Director of
Operations, Charles Harianto Lumbantobing, President Director of Daqing Indonesia, Yan Shoubin, and all
Elnusa management representatives as well as the management of Daqing China Headquarters and the
Indonesian branch.

In his speech, John stated "We believe that the advantages possessed by Daqing Oilfield Company, Ltd.,
will open up opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation in the oil and gas industry, especially in
exploration and development in the petroleum sector," John also hopes that this MoU can be followed
up soon. with more specific cooperation at the project level and both Elnusa and Daqing are able to
collaborate not only in Indonesia, but also see opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation abroad.

On the same occasion, Daqing China Vice President Fang Junling said "We are committed to collaborating
with Elnusa and believe that this collaboration will strengthen good relations not only between Daqing
and Elnusa, but also between China and Indonesia, with the aim of finding joint solutions to face future
challenges in the field of oil and gas services and technology."

This MoU agreement marks the beginning of cooperation between Elnusa and Daqing to support Elnusa
in the use of superior technology, such as in the fields of Oilfield Lifecycle Management, G&G Research &
Engineering, EOR & EOR Chemical Products, and various other oil and gas technologies.

Elnusa believes that this collaboration will further strengthen its position as a national energy services
company capable of providing total solutions to customers. Portfolio diversification in the fields of
integrated upstream oil and gas services, energy distribution & logistics and supporting services, providing
benefits will increase the value of better services for clients and shareholders.
