Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun
2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara sebagaimana
terakhir diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun
2025, Perseroan telah menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa pada tanggal 22 Desember
2025 yang antara lain menyetujui perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan.
Salah satu perubahan Anggaran Dasar tersebut adalah
perubahan nama Perseroan menjadi Perusahaan Perseroan
(Persero) PT Indonesia Farma Tbk atau disingkat PT
Indofarma (Persero) Tbk.
Perubahan tersebut telah dituangkan dalam Akta Pernyataan
Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Nomor
13 tanggal 20 Februari 2026 yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris
Utiek Rochmuljati Abdurachman, S.H., M.L.I., M.Kn., serta
telah memperoleh persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Nomor AHU
0016668.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 dan Surat Penerimaan
Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Nomor AHU-
AH.01.03-0076122 tanggal 11 Maret 2026.
Dengan diperolehnya persetujuan tersebut, maka terhitung
sejak tanggal 11 Maret 2026 nama Perseroan secara efektif
berubah menjadi Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT
Indonesia Farma Tbk atau disingkat PT Indofarma (Persero)
Tbk.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Following the provisions of Law Number 19 of 2003
Facts concerning State Owned Enterprises as last amended by Law
Number 16 of 2025, the Company has held an Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders on 22 December 2025 which
approved, among others, the amendment to the Companys
Articles of Association.
One of the amendments includes the change of the Companys
name to Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Indonesia
Farma Tbk or abbreviated as PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk.
The amendment has been stated in the Deed of Statement of
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution No.
13 dated 20 February 2026, made before Notary Utiek
Rochmuljati Abdurachman, S.H., M.L.I., M.Kn., and has
obtained approval from the Minister of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia based on Decree No.
AHU0016668.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 and Receipt of
Notification No. AHU-AH.01.03-0076122 dated 11 March
2026.
With the approval obtained, effective as of 11 March 2026, the
Companys name has officially changed to Perusahaan
Perseroan (Persero) PT Indonesia Farma Tbk or abbreviated
